Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the patients.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient orders and other assigned activities
• Proactively engage with patients, the doctor’s office, insurance, and internal departments to resolve issues related to patients’ supplies.
• Perform insurance eligibility checks and obtain Prior Authorizations.
• Verify patient information and maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records in the CRMs
Requirements:
• Prior experience of minimum 1-2 years in DME/Medical Supplies for the U.S. healthcare market.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive go-getter approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer proficiency and system-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with text-heavy systems and fast-paced working environment.
