In 2019, Saleem, a Pharmacist by profession, laid the foundation of ZUE. Embarked on a mission to revolutionize the way small to medium-sized businesses approach their operations.

In 2014, Saleem, a pharmacist by profession, found himself at a crossroads. Despite owning and operating several healthcare businesses across state lines, including pharmacies and Durable Medical Equipment companies, etc. Saleem always felt as if something was missing. Saleem attended numerous great conferences, professional gatherings, and met with amazing market leaders. He realized, early on, that mere knowledge was not enough to ensure success. Attending conferences and gathering information yielded little actionable results. It became evident that there was a critical gap. A critical gap between knowledge and execution.

Driven by this realization, Saleem embarked on a mission to revolutionize the way small to medium-sized businesses approach their operations. He envisioned a future where businesses could not only survive but thrive, competing on an equal footing with larger enterprises. This vision gave birth to the Collaborative Patient Care Group (CPCG).

CPCG was founded on the belief that small businesses deserve equal access to human capital and technological support to compete effectively in today’s global environment. Saleem understood that operating in isolation was no longer viable; collaboration and communication were paramount for sustained success. He believed that business evolution was constant; standing still meant falling behind.

Saleem strongly believes in the principle of “practicing what we preach.” He has actively engaged with, designed, and utilized nearly all the departments and services offered by CPCG within his own businesses.

CPCG’s innovative approach does not stop at training and preparation. The group offers continued partnership and teamwork, going beyond what traditional technology and analytical companies provide. CPCG’s custom-made analytical tools come with operators to run and manage them, ensuring seamless integration into clients’ businesses.

Our unwavering commitment to the healthcare sector, particularly in the United States, drives our mission: to elevate standards and ensure access to vital healthcare resources.

As the 8th member of our offshore business, I assumed the role of Quality Assurance & Analytics. Alongside dedicated colleagues, we laid the groundwork for our offshore enterprise, Collaborative Patient Care Group (CPCG), playing a pivotal role in fostering NHMS’s growth by 375%, showcasing our strategic prowess. Today, with over 150 thriving members, we’ve expanded our services across the United States, empowering healthcare clientele.

In the current landscape, offshoring/outsourcing presents unparalleled opportunities for businesses. Our agile framework empowers them to flourish amidst challenges.

My commitment lies in meticulous attention to detail, ensuring superlative output. Guided by Saleem’s wisdom, I aim to drive excellence and innovation. Currently, I serve as Group Vice President, overseeing our offshore operations and contributing to our strategic vision.

With 14 years of multifaceted experience before joining. I stand poised to lead our group into a future marked by continued growth, innovation, and positive impact.

Furthermore, our collaborative approach, rooted in CPCG’s mission, fosters a fantastic blend of diverse cultures. I possess a passion for numbers and analytics, guiding my decision-making process. A data-driven mindset ensures precision and effectiveness, driving our group towards continued growth and innovation.

As the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Collaborative Patient Care Group (CPCG), my background in healthcare operations within pharmacy and durable medical equipment realms has provided me with a unique perspective on the industry’s challenges. CPCG emerged from the recognition of a critical need within our field, and since its inception, we’ve witnessed a growing demand for our services. It became evident that CPCG’s offerings could seamlessly integrate into various departments and projects, proving its versatility and effectiveness.

My vision for CPCG extends beyond mere functionality; it’s about empowering small businesses within an increasingly challenging industry. In an environment where sustainability is dwindling, CPCG provides the means for businesses to regain control over their operations. This includes not only addressing essential needs but also fulfilling desires such as increased time spent with patients and alleviating the pressure of rushed interactions—all while maintaining revenue growth.

Muhammad Anwaar currently serving as the Vice President of Operations, Human Resources, and Marketing for Onshore and Offshore business operations at ZUE. With over 21 years of service industry experience, Anwaar has made significant contributions to top multinational companies across the USA, UAE, and Pakistan, holding senior leadership roles in diverse sectors including BPO – Outsourcing & Offshoring, Healthcare, Telecom, and FMCGs.

Anwaar’s academic credentials include double Master’s degrees in Marketing and Management Information Services (MIS), which have laid a strong foundation for his impressive career. His journey began at Mobilink-Jazz, a leading telecom company with over 5 million subscribers, where he spent eight years managing Contact Center Operations. He then joined Sybrid – A Lakson Group Company, a BPO serving more than 50 companies across three continents. During his five years there, he oversaw operations in UAE and Pakistan as the Business Unit Head for high-profile clients such as McDonald’s UAE, AC Nielsen UAE, Unilever Pakistan, McDonald’s Pakistan, Toyota, and Colgate Palmolive.

Before joining ZUE, Anwaar spent eight transformative years at The Aga Khan University Hospital, a tertiary care JCIA and CAP accredited institution with over 1,100 beds and 350+ outreach centers and secondary hospitals in Pakistan and Kenya. As the Head of Patient Access and Health Information Management Services, he played a crucial role in enhancing patient access, service quality, and operational efficiency.

At ZUE, Anwaar’s vision and dedication drive operational excellence and innovation across all departments. His strategic insights and unique leadership skills inspire teams, elevate service standards, and contribute significantly to the growth and success of ZUE and its partners.

Anwaar takes great pride in leading the overall operations of ZUE, managing Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Marketing & Communications departments. His goal is to ensure seamless integration among people, departments, businesses, systems, and clients, delivering superior service to all clients and employees at ZUE.

With over 16 years of experience in Business Processing Outsource and leadership, I bring a wealth of expertise in managing complex, high-performance teams while delivering exceptional service to international US clients in the healthcare sector. Currently, I serve as the Senior Director of Operations at CPCG, a role I’ve held since May 2019, where I oversee large-scale Business Processing operations, process improvements, and client satisfaction initiatives.

One of my key achievements was being part of the founding team of this company as the first employee, working alongside CEO Saleem Shah. We started in a modest 700-square-foot office with just two tables and two computers. Over the course of five years, through strategic planning and dedication, we have grown the company to over 150 employees, now operating from a 25,000-square-foot facility. This growth is a testament to the strong foundation we built and the collaborative efforts that have driven the company’s success.

I specialize in process optimization, with expertise in utilizing CRM systems, telephony solutions, and data analytics to enhance call center efficiency, reduce wait times, and improve first-call resolution rates. I am also deeply committed to mentoring and leading high-performance teams. By implementing targeted training and development programs, I ensure that my teams consistently meet and exceed performance expectations, driving both operational success and employee growth.

As the Senior Director of Operations, I oversee the strategic and operational aspects of the organization, focusing on optimizing call center performance and ensuring seamless service delivery to our international clients, particularly in the healthcare sector. My role involves leading cross-functional teams, streamlining processes, and driving operational excellence through data-driven decision-making. I am responsible for developing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance efficiency, improve client satisfaction, and support the growth of the company. Additionally, I focus on fostering a collaborative team environment, mentoring leadership teams, and aligning our operational strategies with the company’s long-term goals

My vision was to harness the power of data to minimize risks, boost profitability, and maintain agility in an increasingly competitive landscape.

Our efforts centered on transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling fact-based decision-making at every level. The results were extraordinary—business growth soared by over 300%. After retiring from that venture, he previously joined New Hampshire Pharmacy as the Director of Pharmacy Operations, where he played a pivotal role in overseeing New Hampshire Medical Supply (NHMS) for several years. His deep knowledge and leadership in the field has quite an impact on the overall company operations.
