Physicians’ Practice Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physicians’ Practice Manager to oversee the seamless management of our healthcare practice operations. This long-term role focuses on utilizing the Tebra EHR/EMR platform, managing patient appointment scheduling, and ensuring efficient practice management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and a growth-oriented mindset to adapt alongside our expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of Tebra and other Practice Management systems.
• Manage patient appointment scheduling, ensuring smooth operational workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess resource needs and develop strategies for growth.
• Supervise billing and coding processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide exceptional leadership with a focus on emotional intelligence to support team dynamics.
• Maintain operational excellence and streamline processes in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in practice management, particularly with RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) and EHR/EMR platforms.
• Proficiency in billing, coding, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare sector.
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and make proactive decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt and grow with the company as operations expand.
